The Archaeological Museum of Hatzor
The Archaeological Museum of Hatzor

The museum houses major finds excavated at the adjacent site of ancient Hatzor, now a national park. Hatzor was a fortified city conquered from the Canaanites by Joshua and then used as a chariot base and food repository throughout the period of the Israelite Monarchy. It is the most important archaeological site in northern Israel.
